use kinetic as eod data and IB as realtime data

i am trying to use ib as realtime data and kinetic as eod data.
the kinetic gets stuck and i can see thsi in my trace logs

I would like to test your connection configuration on my end.

Please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and send your log, trace, and config file

To send your config file:

* You will find your configuration file in the following directory.
*
* (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your reply to your email.

To send your log and trace files:

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
