    Default Problem connecting to the licnece servers

    All of sudden, I have lost live trading. It was good yesterday.

    I am running Win XP and Ninjatrader version is 7.0.1000.31

    I disabled the firewall. It still does not work

    Thank you for writing in.

    Users on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 that upgrade to 7.0.1000.31 will be unable to verify the license until the file at the following link is downloaded and installed.

    https://certs.godaddy.com/repository/gdroot-g2.crl


    Save the file to your Desktop, right click on the file, and select Install CRL

    Once complete you can start NinjaTrader

    I installed it a few weeks ago. It worked then. Not sure why it stopped working. So I just installed it again. It works now. Thanks.

    Do you recommend moving to Win 10?

    Reinstalling gdroot-g2.crl on one of my affected machines has not fixed the issue.
    It is still fouled, Patrick, after 1.5 hours of waiting for a response...

    Many of our clients who use Windows XP are experiencing this error today. We are finalizing a solution now and I will follow up with what is requred.
