But I think, manual trading is much better and we can have much hope from manual trading than an automated trading.

    Default Automated trading really works.

Automated (if you are referred to robots) trading works only in short period of time, after that you need to update/improve your software. If you are not capable to improve software you are out.

The greatest thing about automated trading is the ability to follow a systematic process to trading and to eliminate emotional decisions.

The reason that automated trading typically doesn't work is that every "system" performs better in some environments and worse in others. There are some markets that will kill your system. The problem is the EA/program is always working and doesn't care about this.

True automated programming is changing the program to match the underlying conditions. However, now we reintroduce personal bias and emotions which is why you need to know how to trade without programming.

The most successful automated programs are highly flexible and allow users to manage the algo parameters prior to launching the algo as well as while the algo is running.

Automated vs. manual trading - it is a never ending discussion, which is spinning over and over at many forums. There is no any possibility to get an undeniable answer.
    Senseless tread.
