OTIV back in play if breaks consolidation over 3.10. Nice continuation setup after the reversal on August 28th.
3.10 key spot for next leg up. Went to mid-4's last run back in January after chart posted above. Mid 3's first target for now, then we'll see how the action plays out. Risking .20 cents if breakout fails.
