My watchlist changes daily because I don't hold anything very long and most plays are done in a day or two with penny stocks.
Not something you wanna buy and hold as most of them are headed for bankruptcy anyway. If you check the above posted thread I will put up plays I am in or stuff I am watching about everyday.
