Bioheart is a Stem cell research company and we are working towards the advancement of Stem Cell treatments to help mankind through some of it's toughest diseases and illnesses. Our work is in Adult Stem cells that are taken from bone marrow, this process is known as Adipose Stem Cell extraction. And now that you are on the OTC handing out shares like fruit cakes on Christmas noted by the multiple Form 4s hitting as well as your OS spike just from the last two quarters.
From December 2013 to March 2014 41million shares issued
From March 2014 to May 6th 2014 45million shares issued
Which would be expected from a start up but this started in '08

And just what I expected...a non-compensated promo just a few days ago. Hopefully will get some chart players in an help it over that .029 hump.
