financial statement

I am a newbie to fundamental analysis and would like to know how to read financial statements. Could anybody be as kind to guide me? I read the article on fundamental analysis on investopedia but still am clueless about reading financial statements.
Additionally, where do I financial statements like the 10-K or 10-Q filings(just to confirm all public listed companies have them?)

My opinion= if you want to know what the financial statement means....look at the stock price. The price will reflect the market's aggregate opinion of all available news and info. I'm pretty sure I could spend the next 4 years of my life learning everything I can about financial statements and still not know 1/10th of what a whole lot of people with a whole lot more money will calculate and act upon within seconds of its availability.

You seem like a pro-technical person.. haha.. will take note... I am currently using technical analysis for forex but for shares I guess some fundamental analysis might be useful although the assumptions for both analysis are quite contradicting but I think they may be able to help cover each other's flaw... haha... Thanks for your tips!
