Belarus trading strategy

Has anyone heard of a belarus trading strategy in forex? Is it any good?

If it's connected to the country Belarus or anywhere in eastern europe then buyer beware.........

It was mentioned in a seminar the other day and the trader who had emailed the presenter had some pretty good returns, high probability of trades, good sqn etc...
Just trying to see if anyone has heard of it so I can test it

They all seem to offer 'pretty good returns' don't they.............

I am looking for good reliable systems for forex. Not interested in scalping for 10 - 15 pips per trade but interested in getting a 2 to 1 risk reward, with a decent reliability and probability
