OTIV - cup and handle continuation setup

I have no current position, but traded OTIV in November and may trade it again if breaks over the top of the range this week.

OTIV back in play if breaks consolidation over 3.10. Nice continuation setup after the reversal on August 28th.

3.10 key spot for next leg up. Went to mid-4's last run back in January after chart posted above. Mid 3's first target for now, then we'll see how the action plays out. Risking .20 cents if breakout fails.

Sold half 3.80's pre-market into this news pop. Letting rest ride, see if can't get 4's or higher later.
