What happened to DXO?

I used to trade DXO, Powershared DB Crude Oil Double Long ETF. Seems that a few weeks ago this has been removed from the exchange and I can no longer find it.

Anyone know why this is? More importantly, anyone know of any other leveraged (Double Long) Oil ETF? I guess I could always short DTO instead but seems weird that this would be removed entirely.

They closed down the fund due to the controversy surrounding the degree of leverage in the commodities markets. Which of course proves that they knew that they were partly responsible for the oil spike in 2007.

DXO is closed. RIP DXO.

Just today a short oil ETF started trading. It is the opposite of USO. DNO started trading this morning. Might want to give it some time to build volume.
