Trading in pacific time zones?

Hey guys,

I live on the west coast, so the market is open from 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This means that when I was in school and when I had a job I wasn't able to trade.
So I guess my question is, are there any people trading stocks with a day job on the west coast, and if so, how are you doing it?

Coffee, amphetamines, sleep deprivation, sleeping on the job.

If you work an office job, you might be able to do it. Honestly though, you're going to get a better return on your investment working harder at your job than trading constantly while at work.

Good news is that I got my class schedule for school next year, and it shouldn't interfere with trading hours.

I remember those days... I missed quite a few classes in college but knew it was for the greater good. Find a night job or afternoon job to make ends meat while you learn. If you want it badly enough, you will make it happen.
