Business Description
SAFER SHOT, INC (PINK SHEETS:SAFS.PK) has developed a line of non-lethal weapons
that utilize a proprietary kinetic projectile cartridge. The deployment of Non-Lethal weapons minimizes the potential for fatalities and long term injury.

Safer Shot, Inc has created and is currently deploying "The Bouncer" a Non-lethal weapon that
allows law enforcement, security and military personnel the ability to incapacitate an assailant
without the risk of serious injury or death.

The Company is currently developing a complete line of Non-Lethal weapons to be marketed
and sold to the Military, Law Enforcement and Private sector. Safer Shot's non lethal weapons
use a projectile cartridge which ruptures on impact producing a putty like substance that
disables the target at distances up to 22 feet without breaking the skin or entering the body.
The company has filed for international patent protection.

Management believes the company can achieve over 59 mm in combined revenue in 2009 with
the implementation and execution of an aggressive Global marketing strategy to increase sales
of the company?s products. The company has also secured manufacturing capabilities with a
