Does Anyone Subscribe to any Online Stock Tips Services?

I've recently stumbled onto a service called "SmallCapIR." They basically do all the research and when they have something they're bullish about they text or email you the "hot tip" so to speak.

I've been receiving their free texts and tracking their picks for about a year and they actually have way more hits than misses.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with such services, and if it can really be as easy as just letting someone else do the legwork and you can take their advice and get some good returns?

Another reason I ask is because I was thinking of subscribing to their pay service. The only difference is that the free service text comes after the market has been open for an hour already. The pay service comes very early.

Could a novice such as myself just simply ride the coat tails of a paid service like that??

I'd really like to hear any and all thoughts and opinions on this matter. Because it seems almost too easy to be true.
