Will Siri Getting Bought Out?

I own some SIRI, and recently found out that Liberty Media is looking to gobble them up? Does anyone think this deal is going to happen? I wouldn't want to own the partial shares of Liberty Media if the deal happens to go through.

Liberty Media already owns 52% of SIRI. They've talked about creating a new C class of shares which would trade separately from their current LMCA shares probably closer to the current price of SIRI. If a deal is met, SIRI would likely gap to that exchange rated price and sit there until converted to the new Liberty Media shares and new ticker. You would likely have a few days/weeks to sell near the deal price before the deal is closed. Of course there is nothing that says Liberty Media won't just stick with the 52% they already own since they control the company already.
