View Full Version : Historical Data Missing From Charts
The historical data is missing from the charts this morning and the option to update it is grayed out. This is with AMP CQG

Please manually disconnect and reconnect your CQG connection.
If you still experience the same, restart NinjaTrader.

I did. It was okay but now it's not again.

So I may look further into this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your log and trace files for today.
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
