G.D.P. Shrank Less Than Expected in Quarter

Everybody is hailing this like some big news... Seems to me that of course things are going to get worse at a progressively slower rate the longer this goes on -- Because there are certain parts of the economy that are recession proof. Doesn't mean things are going to get better anytime soon though.

Yes but there's a full plate of economic reports this week. Wait to see how non-farm payrolls comes in on Friday. The stock market is heading lower if you study the technicals. But these days... technicals are kinda out the window! LOL

There is no economic recovery going on. Instead of us falling off a cliff in mid-air, we are rolling down a black diamond trail and hitting ever rock and stump on the way down. Since it is better than falling off a cliff, we must be recovering??

Still the same thing at the bottom no matter how you go down.
