Just bought 40 BAC Puts about a 2200 trade im holding into stress test results.
Strike is 9.
Probably selling tomorrow early.
seems like put in C would have been better but the trade is still going to work i am confident.
Good Luck. BAC passed the stress test and is only down .04 after hours. JPM raised their dividend by 20% and plans to buyback 15,000,000,000 worth of stock. Most of the banks are doing quite well despite popular belief that they aren't.
I have been holding BAC for some time now. Its got to rise back up again. Maybe not immediately, but at least in the long run.
Averaged back in at .24 and sold at .39 still holding some waiting for another rise... never give up on a trade when your down average back in or switch directions on the stock dont take a large loss.
