Can anyone explain some things about MCU Black Panther to me?

1) I understand the suit is made of vibranium, but how does that work? How can a whole suit conform to a body if it is metal?
2) Was I the only one who saw how fast he was running? Like, Jesus, Steve had to steal a car. And also, how can one run THAT FAST in a METAL SUIT? He IS a regular human, no?

They didn't actually go into detail about his abilities, but I'm certain he's superhuman in some way.
