In a lot of places around the world, we just refer to people through their nationalities of ethnicities, "race" isn't actually an objective thing. Then there are some other places, like certain parts of America and other countries where often more informal/colloquial terms are often used for a variety of reasons. Black and white, white to generically refer to people with pale or fair skin (sometimes traditionally those who fit a certain European stereotype), black for people with darker skin (who sometimes traditionally adhere to a certain African look) but eh for some thats clunky way of describing people.
For example some Indians and Australian Aborigines, Polynesians, Indonesians can have skin as dark hued as Africans, African Americans, darker than some of those people who are lighter. Then some of the lighter skinned peoples of all those groups can have fairer and lighter skin than some dark skinned Europeans. I live in a place with dozens of different countries nearby, sometimes the people of all these countries could be generically described as "brown" but again, that would be pretty generic. Usually nationality/ethnicity is more relevant and descriptive. There are other cultural aspects at work as well. Variables about self identification, value and kinship to consider too.
So if you are asking whether Black Adam is black or white, well it depends what you personally think is "black" and "white" and or the criteria you adhere to, but there isn't really an objective right answer. Also Egypt like many countries, has dark skinned and fair skinned and many in-between shades.
