tonyM I said I can hit 40if I had more money. Its hard to make 40 when you can't diversify. Anyways my luck is changing and I think I can make more than 40 in 1 year. If I can just rattle a few more 18 and 15 up months, 40 shouldn't be too hard.

I still don't understand maybe I'm missing something here, maybe I'm just not as savvy as you are; what does the amount of capital have to do with percentages? If you can make 40 on $100k why can't you make a 40 profit on $1000?
