Are you looking to setup with a broker or how do you plan to process your trades? Most brokers have trading platforms included like TD Ameritrade has Think or Swim which is very nice.

thinkorswim is pretty much the go-to platform, they also have a great paper trading system in there.

I agree with Gil. They even have an app that you can use. Hope you check them out to see if they'd work for you.
