Yahoo Finance question

At Yahoo Finance,is there a way to download a list of all stocks that they rate as 1 (Strong Buy)?

The better question is if its a good idea to even want to download all stocks listed as a strong buy!

Im not sure if there is an option to do so, there used to be a csv download option once, but I dont see it anymore.
