Financially I think GIGM is very impressive. GIGM has a solid balance sheet with around $100 million in cash while only $14 million in short term holdings. That roughly works out to around $2 per share in cash which is an asset they could use to increase shareholder interest in the future. Adding to this, GIGM has been quite profitable. Their sales have an annual growth of 38% and operating profits increase 67%.

Why don't buy?
Asians are getting their gamble on. Remember they're the ones without debt.
The technicals are not showing a by signal.
Fundamentals show this is a good long term investment, technicals say to hold off on buying though imo.
Moving averages are still trending lower, no clear breakout setting up in chart patterns and the MACD is still showing bearish.
Based off previous s/r I'd guess a good entry around 4.3-4.5 barring anything changing between now and then. If SMA starts an uptrend that would also signal a buy to me.
