They both have good technical indicators right now. It might be ok for the very short-term. Major market indices are under heavy pressure and can drag "good stocks" down with them. Am looking for Dow 6500 in the next few weeks maybe sooner.

I'm liking PNM short term, it's showing good bull signals and is forming good resistance at 7.75, i'll be keeping my eye out for that stock in the next coming days.
