Stuck this one on my watchlist on 5/10 @ 10.65. Is in low 12's now and nearing resistance. I did not initiate a position at this time but am looking to take a small position on a dip on a down market day.

Stock has 6.6% dividend yield with low payout ratio (28 %), $16 book value per share. Resistance is 12.41 at this time. Anyone else here follw this one?
