How To Short The Market?

Without a margin account. I know there are inverse ETFs but those are short term plays. I'm wondering if there are vehicles that allow for long term shorting of the market?

I thought DOG is an inverse ETF? i read a bunch of stuff online that says inverse ETFs are bad in the long run since they have erosion due to daily rebalancing?

In a bull market you will lose more than just being short on an inverse ETF, but in a bear market you'll win. Timing is everything.
