At Yahoo Finance, is there a way to download a list of all stocks that they rate as 1 (Strong Buy)?

I don't think so but if you like barcharts, they allow you to download their list

How can I do this? What buttons should I push?

go to the website, click stocks, click top 100 stocks, sort it however you want, click download at the top right of the list
