Beginner in trading-stocks...Need help

Hello everyone, I really want to ask you some questions, because i am completely new in this area and i do not know
from where I can begin. Some questions i have:-

Which books it should I take so that I learn basic for the stocks, the economic terms and which books for the more comlicated things.

Because I am from Greece, can i buy and sell stocks from companies of other countries as an example Google, Twitter and which process i should follow, if that is this possible?

Can you tell me which procedure it is good I follow so that I achieve in this area (advices, opinions)? Thats for now,
