I dont know what is good or bad for Microsoft because even bad companies like BAC, C goes up.

Looking at the charts, Microsoft looks like slow drift to the upside. It is a slow move but I can see it going higher couple of dollars in future. Safe company to get in. Accumulate small chunk at every dips.

Buy close to 19.5 and 20. Buy some now if you feel you miss the boat. Looks like small Inverse H&S(last 4 weeks chart) which will be confirmed when it breaksout above 200DMA. Add some above the breakout as well.

Hope you got in some before and some at the breakout of 200DMA. Even this slow mover got aggressive lol
