Here's my question, dont you need natural gas in order to make electric? I guess my thought was looking for natural gas plays for the summer when electric should be maxed out with a/c all summer...thoughts?

When coal inventories get low, yes. Some places run on it exclusively but the vast majority of plants in America run on coal. If you're looking to play the summer A/C season coal may be a better option. I had the same theory as you thinking nat gas was at its bottom under $7. This is not the case. It has a lot lower to go if oil would ease a bit.

seems i need to read up a little more on this...can you give me some companies for coal to check out??
