yes buying at .0001 and selling at .0002 can double your money, but you have to be able to get filled both on the buy and the sell. It's like gambling. If you buy at .0001 you may never be able to sell it. The other risk is if the company decides to do a reverse split, thus raising the stock price and decreasing the amount of shares you own.
