saved fib templetes don't work
I have quite a few saved templates saved under fib retracement properties. When I try to use them they show in the drop down list but the fib levels do not change to my saved template levels but stay on the default levels. This just started this morning. Can someone please help me.
May I test and compare these files on my end?
The files are located in
- Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Chart Object\
That was my mistake. I forgot the Fibonacci templates are stored in a different location than the other Chart Objects.
Fibonacci templates are stored in:
- Documents\NinjaTrader 7\UI.xml
Can you zip and attach this UI.xml file with your next post?

This may indicate corruption with the NinjaTrader file system. I would like to take a look at your log and trace files, however, these do contain sensitive information.

not getting that at all. will not change the levels no matter which saved template I try.
