    Thats the million dollar question....

    If it were so easy, everyone would be rich. There are lots of strategies out there. If you are completely new to the markets go to your local Barnes and Noble store; find the finance section. Spend a day reading the intro chapters on some of those books and pick a few you like to take home and read, read again. Get a practice account and do just that practice.... Decide if you want to invest or trade or maybe some of both and develop your personal strategy around it once you learn some basics.
