    Default ABC vs ABC

I've noticed that the same company is traded on two different indices with the only difference being the " ' " in the name. Is that considered a split? Can it be a scam in some cases? In some stocks i've seen the ' is an ubercheap penny stock while the other stock is around $10. Why the huge difference? Does one affect or reflect the other?

Obviously TLB is 2.55, what did you see TLB' at? Also where do you find this price. I'm just curious.

It may be an option price as it is not preferred stock. TLB has no preferred stock outstanding per their latest 10-Q. Even then preferred stock usually gets a separate symbol if its traded.
