    This news is so elementary. It's like if Microsoft issued a press release and said "The Los Angeles Unified School District has recieved a grant to purchase 5,000 new computers." Most of these computers will use Windows OS so we see a lot of growth in the software licensing arena, says a Microsoft Chief Officer of nonsense...
