Can I ask what you mean by top performing? Cause that list has no performance at all. Those 5 have no volume or huge spreads making them really hard to trade. You ought to look for stocks with more volume. ENER, now that is a top performing penny stock, or PROT or ATTD or ATRN, etc. There are plenty of penny stocks that are moving right now, but those 5 you listed shouldn't be included when discussing "top performing" penny stocks.....
