Can a "regular customer" submit an "Iceberg Order" at any online broker?

Not every broker offers this, but I know that Interactive Brokers does.
Might be more, but its the only one I know of.

I was thinking that would be the answer. I found that order in the I.B. Trader Workstation User's Guide. (When all else fails, read the directions.) That is in Order Types/Advanced Order Types. (Along with many other interesting sounding order types.)
I've been avoiding getting an account there because their fees and charges pages are quite mind boggling and their trading platforms are quite intimidating looking - I suppose I should bite the bullet and learn their system. Some of those other advanced order types look quite interesting! (Like Trailing Limit.)
I searched google.com for the words...
ETrade "Reserve Order"
...and found they have that for the ETrade Pro platform. And it is called a Reserve Order, not Iceberg. Here is that info...
