Came across this statement, thought it might be interesting for some of our newer members:
If you risk 10% of your portfolio on each trade and trade stocks (50/50, probability of success/failure) you can be out of business 1 in 1024 times.
If you risk 5% of your portfolio each trade and trade 67% probability trades, you could be out of business 1 in 3,486,784,401 times.
