IPPI - Hurrican play

What is everyone's thoughts on this stock? Of course it already jumped 68 today on news of Gustav. I think it still has upside value if Gustav does strengthen and hit the gulf. Could be a great short after Gustav passes also.

I don't see ippi. By the way, I am a meteorologist for a tv station, I will get the low down on Gustav.
