AIMS AMP REIT holds a portfolio of warehousing and business park assets. It is trading at attractive dividend yield of almost 7.5%, which is higher than its median dividend yield as seen from the chart. The high dividend yield provides good downside to share price.
In its latest earnings announcement, gross revenue improved by 17.5% to S$108m. With cost reduction, net income improved by 30% to about S$50m. Dividend per unit decreased slightly by 1.8% but this was due to the rights issue of $100m that was used to acquire new properties and enhance assets.
