Nadaq short term index TRINQ

Why would the services sector have rallied with Oil today? Aren't low Oil prices better for business? Consumers have more money, shipping costs less, production is cheaper? It seems weird to me they rallied together.

Most everything rallied today. Wouldn't classify it as one sector vs. another. Utilities lagged. Check the heat map. It's useful to see big picture.
