Integrating ESG Analysis

Hey all. Would love to hear your views on the use of sustainable investment strategies and Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) analysis. I hear it's a great for doing several things like: identifying companies with superior business models; reducing risk; offering potential for long term performance advantages. What do you think, would ESG Ratings would give a good overview of companies management, culture, and risk profile. I.e. are they worth using?
