First timer but I think im on to something

Is this possibly a breakout point for this weedstock?

im new to this and trying to learn. any input woukd be appreciated.

As with many other things, when it comes to charts two different people can look at one chart and interpret it in two different ways. In my opinion, the breakout was right after the first of this year, from when the climb started (highest volume bar) to when it hit the new high price. Now it's settling into a sideways trend... The Resistance is around 10/11 cents, and the Support is around 05/06 cents. This sideways trend (as long as it's bouncing between Resistance and Support) is called Consolidation. It's a period of indecision where neither the bulls nor the bears have the strength to push the other out of the way.

does this appli to daily chart trends? for example, can small breakouts happen over the course of a day multiple times which becomes a big breakout over the course of a month if the acsending triangles continue?
