ARNA Buy, Sell, or Hold?

Anyone trade Cramer's pick ARNA? He suggested buying it a couple of days after he recommended it. But it seems the Train has left the station on this one.

Is anyone following or trading this play. Its been a nice trade after it took a nosedive during yesterdays trading session. I got in at $15.30.
