View Full Version : No connecton Ninja Trader

I can't get any connection any more from Ninja Trader with IB

Connection was always very good, IB stil working fine but Ninja is not.

Does anybody have a suggestion?

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

Which build of Interactive Brokers' TWS are you using? (Help > About Trader Workstation)

When attempting to connect does an error appear on screen? If so, what does that error report?

The version I use is 944.3 because that always worked perfect.

No errors at all, just no data in Ninja while IB is running correctly... Charts in Ninja are standing still, data now is horizontal dotted line

Ninja is 7.0.1000.25

Always worked nice, this morning suddenly stopped in the middle of the session...

Please shut down NinjaTrader then update to the current 7.0.1000.28 release of the software via this link: http://ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

After installing please restart NinjaTrader. Before connecting to any data source please open the Options menu. (Tools > Options) In the Data tab, click the 'Reset Instruments' button then restart NinjaTrader. Finally, reconnect to your data source and reload data.
