I am excited to announce that Spiral Toys has successfully met or exceeded every goal we have set for ourselves in the past five months, and over the next year we aim to accomplish more than ever before.

Below are some highlights of our progress:

-- Scaled Spiral from a creator of technology to a creator of products,

Earlier this month, we announced the upcoming CloudPets(TM) television campaign, which will be used to build demand and awareness for the product we will be launching later this summer. Because we have established our manufacturing and product development partnerships in Hong Kong, these numbers will, for the first time, reflect much more than just potential unit sales. By developing, manufacturing, branding and marketing products before selling directly to the consumer, Spiral is engaged in every stage of a product lifecycle.

During Q1 2015 we focused largely on product development, and expected little revenue during the quarter. In addition to CloudPets(TM), we have two additional properties in late development that will be announced during Q2 2015.

By the holiday season this year, CloudPets(TM) sales will be in full swing, supported by a large national media campaign and delivering significant revenue to our company and value to our shareholders. Additionally, we will have announced two new products with expanded market-appeal, and will move into 2016 with a strong revenue picture.

Lastly, our biggest goal for this year is to continue marching towards an early 2016 uplisting onto the NASDAQ, a move that will create even more value for our investors by offering greater liquidity. Advertising Campaign Will Support Spiral Toys' Premiere Line of Interactive Toys

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2015) - Today, mobile wireless technology company Spiral Toys (OTCQB: STOY) announced the launch of a $9.6 million national advertising campaign introducing CloudPets, its premiere line of Bluetooth Smart-enabled, interactive plush toys.

The media campaign began on April 7(th) , and consists of 30-, 60- and 120-second commercials running on top-tier children's networks including Nickelodeon, The Cartoon Network, ABC Family and Disney XD, among others. The products will be sold over the phone and on the direct response site www.mycloudpets.com.

The campaign supports the official launch of the CloudPets toy line using a direct response retail approach. CloudPets was market tested last year through a direct response campaign that resulted in selling all 2,000 units almost instantly after the first ad ran on television. Spiral Toys Hong Kong has since increased the manufacturing capacity for this line and secured US distribution channels that will support a successful full-scale launch into the marketplace.

"Consumer demand for our original manufacturing run of CloudPets toys was overwhelming," said Spiral Toys president and CEO Mark Meyers. "With the launch of our overseas offices, we are primed to meet and exceed the present request and future orders to come. Spiral Toys is extremely well positioned for successful growth this year."

The current CloudPets direct response marketing campaign will run through the end of the year. CloudPets are expected to have widespread retail availability with an MSRP of $39.99 per unit. CloudPets will be released into mass retail in Q3 of 2015 supported by television and digital advertising. By the end of the year, more than 3,800 individual CloudPets commercials will have run on the nation's most popular children's networks reaching an audience of millions.

"The increased sales of CloudPets we expect from this campaign are a key part of our growth and revenue strategy throughout 2015. Following the release of our CloudPets toys into mass retail we will be starting our digital content distribution to kids and families."

This advertising campaign is being funded by Spiral Toys' direct marketing partners and is part of our agreements with them whereby they fund certain aspects of the Spirals' marketing and advertising costs and provide working capital associated with CloudPets. In return, the marketing partners receive a portion of the retail sales revenues generated from the sale of the CloudPets product line. Consequently, there is no equity component to this and no resulting equity dilution to Spiral Toys or its shareholders. Spiral Toys collects revenue from 3 sources; manufacturing revenue, licensed royalties, and sale of digital content on Apple APP Store and Android Marketplace.

Large Order Precedes Expected Midsummer Sales Rush

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 29, 2015) - Mobile wireless technology company Spiral Toys (OTCQB: STOY) announced an initial purchase order of 500,000 units of its flagship CloudPets toy line from partner Jay@Play, an established global distributor servicing retailors such as Walmart, Target, TRU, Kmart and Bed Bath and Beyond.

This marks the largest order of Spiral-enabled products to date, and is a result of the CloudPets April direct response campaign. Spiral's proprietary electronic Bluetooth Smart communications module enables each CloudPet toy to wirelessly connect with smartphones and tablets, and delivers a "message you can hug" from anywhere in the world.

"The initial release of 500,000 units to North America's preeminent retailers is an enormous accomplishment for CloudPets, and is an excellent indicator of the strength of our strategic plan," said Spiral president and CEO Mark Meyers. "Spiral's three-pronged revenue strategy, beginning with the device's manufacture, and continuing through the entire lifecycle of the device, is proving to be a very successful model. In addition to the 500k unit order, we are currently in process of filling orders in response to our television advertising campaign which began earlier this month."

This three-pronged revenue strategy includes hardware and licensing fees for Spiral technology, the sale of the physical toy to the consumer, and the ongoing revenue from in-app purchases and digital content creation from that end-user.

Spiral works with several suppliers and factories in southern China to manufacture the modules used for CloudPets toys. The formation of Spiral's Hong Kong entity earlier this year has strengthened the company's relationship with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers, and has enabled them to receive favorable pricing.

This substantial order follows the launch of a large-scale, nationwide advertising campaign for CloudPets, which is running more than 3,800 individual commercials on the country's most popular children's television networks.
